Re-new Approach Timeline

Phone Consulation

Schedule a 20 minute phone consultation to speak with a doctor, and learn more about our care. This is not a requirement, but rather an option for those patients who want to learn more before proceeding. Book Here.

Initial Assessment

After filling out a questionnaire, our team will perform a 75 minute consultation which will include an in-depth history and a detailed physical + neurological exam. After reviewing the results, we will determine if the patient is a good fit for our care.

Diagnostic Evaluation

If the patient is determined to be a good fit, they will return for a 90 minute visit where our team will perform a series of diagnostic tests. They will then review the results with the patient and discuss treatment plans and specific costs.

Treatment Option 1

Intensive Treatment Plan

Under this option, patients will reserve 1 week for treatment where they will stay at the clinic during the day and be treated 4x per day for 5 days. They will be re-evaluated twice during the week and at the end of it, sent home with exercises to continue their improvement.

Treatment Option 2

Daily Treatment

Under this option, patients will come in for treatment 3x per week for 4 weeks and be re-evaluated at the end of the treatment plan to determine their progress and decide how to modify their treatment plan going forward.

Home Program

After completing the treatment plan, we will perform a post-treatment evaluation to assess progress, review results, and provide patients with detailed instructions on home exercises to continue progressing.

Follow-Ups

One week following the intensive treatments, patients will return to the clinic or schedule a virtual visit to go over the prescribed home program to ensure it is being performed properly to ensure progression is continued. If patients are interested, there is an option to do another evaluation to make any alterations to the home program that are deemed necessary.
